American Board of Forensic Professionals (ABFP) Certification
The American Board of Forensic Professionals (ABFP) is a nonprofit corporation which provides national certification in a variety of fields. Currently, the ABFP offers diplomate certification in the field of chiropractic forensics (D.A.B.F.P.) and national certification in impairment rating based on the current edition of the AMA Guides to Impairment. The ABFP is National Commission Of Credentialing Agencies (NCCA) compliant and is a member of the National Organization of Credentialing Agencies (NOCA). The ABFP verifies course admissibility, candidate qualifications, provides certification, and maintains candidate records to comply with national credentialing criteria.
What is ABFP Certification?
A provider seeking to qualify as a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Professionals (DABFP) of the American Board of Forensic Professionals (ABFP) must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 300 postgraduate hours in prescribed educational areas and successfully pass the oral and written certification examination as outlined in the CFS Diplomate Training Requirements section.
